Dismal execution of Public Investment Budget in the West Region

The execution rate of the Public Investment Budget in the West region is 38 million CFA francs for commitments and two months to the close of the financial year only 20% of payments have been made consequently, the 788 projects earmarked for 2013 are left unexecuted.
