IMF says sub-Saharan economy is promising

The Director of the African Department in the International Monetary Fund, IMF, Antoinette Sayeh has described the outlook for Sub-Saharan Africa as broadly positive adding that growth is projected to be improved despite a difficult global world economic situation.
