Minister Biyiti bi Essam prescribes “a new thinking” approach in telecommunications

The Minister of Post and Telecommunications, Jean Pierre Biyiti bi Essam has installed newly promoted officials of the Ministry while calling on them to adopt “a new thinking" approach in their daily duties.
