ELECAM: 4.5 million eligible voters registered

Less than 72 hours to the end of the deadline set forth for the biometric recompilation exercise, officials of the elections governing body, ELECAM say some four million five hundred and two thousand three hundred and twenty eight eligible voters have already registered.
