Bepanda collapse gymnasium: a technical committee makes the diagnoses

Administrative and financial problems coupled with a poor technical realization of the work are some of the reasons that have been attributed to the collapse of the 1000 capacity gymnasium in Bepanda Douala on the 4th of January 2013.
