Panic in Mimboman: a victim’s sister writes to the President

The letter has been publish in one of Cameroon’s national dailies “le Jour”. Deborah Ngoh Tonye epouse Mvaebeme claims to be the sister of one of the victims found dead on the on 8th January 2013 in Biteng.
