Diplomacy: Cameroon and Brazil seal ties

The out going Brazilian Ambassador to Cameroon, H.E Orlando Galveas Oliveira has been decorated with the medal of Grand Officer of the National Orders of Valour. He received the distinction during a farewell state dinner offered by the Minister of External Relations on behalf of the Head of State.
