2013 finance bill: Public Works Ministry gets the lion share

The finance bill for 2013 has been tabled in a plenary session at the National Assembly. The bill stands at three thousand two hundred and thirty six  billion CFA frs representing an increase of 436 billion CFA franc or 15.6% increase  over that of 2012.
