Prison Officials Awarded Epaulettes

[]Twenty-nine officials of the Penitentiary Administration across the Littoral were Friday crowned with epaulettes. The ceremony follows a recent Presidential decree recognising services rendered to the State. Awardees are officials from Edea, Douala and Nkongsamba in the Littoral.
