Egypt, Libya qualifiers to be played without fans – YAHOO!

The world football body tells The Associated Press that Egypt-Mozambique in Alexandria and Libya-Cameroon in Sfax, Tunisia will be behind closed doors. FIFA says the decision was taken by local authorities and football federations in those countries.
