Vice Minister Abe Toshiko evaluates Japanese sponsored projects

During her working visit to Cameroon,  Japan’s Parliamentary vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abe Toshiko visited one of the experimental sites of a Rice Development Project sponsored by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency.
