Twin Election: ELECAM now retains the attention

By midnight of the 17th July 2013, some sixteen political parties to take part in the September 2013 Council and Parliamentary elections had submitted their files at the Yaounde Elections Cameroon head office in compliance with the electoral code of Cameroon.
