TIKAD: Japanese vice Minister in Cameroon

The vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan is in Cameroon for a working visit. Madam Toshiko Abe is in Cameroon to follow up resolutions of the Tokyo International Conference on Africa Development which took place in June 2013.
