Outgoing UNPF Representative says adieu to Bidoung Mpkwatt

The Minister of Youth Affairs and Civic Education Bidoung Mpkwatt, this Monday 16th September 2013 granted a farewell audience to the outgoing representative of the United Nations Population Fund to Cameroon, Alain Sibenaler.
