Mobile Phone Services: Vietnam’s Viettel takes third place

Two cabinet members; the Minister of Finance Alamine Ousman Mey and Minister of Post and Telecommunications Biyiti Bi Essam officially engaged government in an agreement for the third mobile telephone service provider in Cameroon.
