Hamidou Yaya and others: another appearance in court

The former Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation, Marafa Hamidou Yaya, former Administrator of the defunct Cameroon Airlines, Yves Michel Fotso and CBC Bank employee Nkounda Julienne have made a second appearance in court.
