CAR: Philemon Yang witness the take-off of transitional government

Cameroon’s Prime Minister, Philemon Yang represented President Paul Biya in Banqui at the swearing-in of interim President Catherine Samba Panza who was elected interim President by the transitional Parliament following the resignation of Michael Djotodia.
