CAR: a new era begins after Michel Djiotodia

Cameroon’s Prime Minister, Philemon Yang has returned to Yaounde after the two day extra-ordinary summit of the Economic Community of Central African States, ECCAS that resulted to the resignation of Central African Republic’s interim President Michel Djotodia and his Prime Minister.
