French Foreign Minister Touring African Countries Affected By Boko Haram

[RFI]French foreign minister Laurent Fabius visited Chad on Saturday before travelling to Cameroon and Niger in a show of solidarity with the three French-speaking countries increasingly affected by Boko Haram attacks.
