Troops Return From Cameroun, to Begin Counter-Terrorism Campaign

[Guardian]THE Defence Headquarters has confirmed that troops who returned from Cameroun were Tuesday addressed by the General Officer Commanding 3 Division, Maj.-Gen. Zaruwa as they embarked on another mission in the counter-terrorism campaign.
