BET,com–UPDATE:  Chris Brown allegedly used a gay slur against the man he punched in the face, according to eyewitnesses, in front of a Washington, D.C. hotel early Sunday morning. The victim and his friend reportedly photobombed a picture Brown was taking with two female fans, causing the singer to snap and
