[Cameroon Tribune]A two-day capacity building workshop to this effect ended in Yaounde on Friday June 21. Personnel of the external services of the Ministry of Water and Energy Resources (MINEE) have learnt best practices they can embrace to ensure an optimal functioning of the results-based management sought for by the State.
