RSF Addresses Open Letter to President Paul Biya

[RSF] Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has written to Cameroon’s president asking him to use his prerogatives to obtain the release of Amadou Vamoulké, a journalist who has been held arbitrarily for more than two and a half years.
