Reporters Without Borders (RSF) Addresses Open Letter to President Paul Biya (Amadou Vamoulké’s affair)

Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has written to Cameroon's president asking him to use his prerogatives to obtain the release of Amadou Vamoulké, a journalist who has been held arbitrarily for more than two and a half years.
