Is The African Union only in a Name?

The African Union is perhaps one of the worst things that ever happened. This is so because of Africa’s inability to sustain itself, take decisions and even implement them correctly. The issues are as vast and complex as the countries that make up the continent still depend on Europe and America to make any major decision.
