State House: H.E Paul Biya receives Gabonese Minister

The President of the Republic His Excellency Paul Biya granted audience to the Gabonese Minister of Foreign Affairs, Francophonie and Sub-regional Integration Emmanuel Issoze Ngondet on Tuesday 7th October 2014 at the Unity Palace.
