Death of the Mother of the First Lady

The Civil Cabinet announces with deep regrets the death of Madam MBOUTCHOUANG nee NDONGO MENGOLO Rosette Marie, mother of Madam Chantal BIYA, the First Lady of Cameroon. She died today 2 October 2014 after a period of ill-health.
