Civic Service Agency Gets New Executive

[Cameroon Tribune]Mr. Taossi is the new General Manager of the National Civic Service Agency for Participation in Development (NCSAPD). He replaces his Oswald Ayuketah Tambe who was the pioneer General Manager of the agency.
