[Cameroon Tribune]The Minister of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation, René Emmanuel Sadi has told some international observers accredited for yesterday’s September 30 local elections that Cameroon was committed to organising free and fair polls. He held separate discussions with Francophonie and African Union (AU) observers in Yaounde on September 27, 2013 as they prepared to deploy to the field to observe the twin elections.
