Implementation of Presidential Security Reforms Imminent

[Cameroon Tribune]President Paul Biya’s 16 decrees introducing reforms in the National Security will soon be implemented as the Technical Committee that worked on putting in place the reforms submitted its report to the Delegate General for National Security, Martin Mbarga Nguele at a ceremony in Yaounde yesterday, March 20, 2013.
